I am a 22 year retired veteran (3 years active, 19 years reserves).
I was doing food and beverage with : Marriott, Renaissance, Hilton & Thompson Hospitality, as : Banquet Cpt., Bartender, Line Cook, Front Office Manager, Outlet Manager, Banquet Server, & In Room Dining Supervisor.
I was living in Hyattsville, Maryland, when it was mentioned to me to start an ice cream truck business. So, took a old beat-up plumbing truck, gutted it out and built my own Ice Cream Truck! I took all of my Food and Beverage experience, and my engineering skills. Combined them !
The result... Ambrosia Food Truck !
